“I have taken many classes which touch upon stress in my ten years as a dispatcher. The Healthy Dispatcher approach to teaching ways of dealing with the causes, effects, and solutions were refreshing and sincere. The students were thoughtfully engaged and receptive throughout the entire class. Their feedback was positive, especially regarding the presentation. I personally enjoyed the time we spent doing breathing exercises. I look forward to taking more of The Healthy Dispatcher classes in the future!”
