Class description:
As heroic caregivers to the world, 911 professionals have a tendency to put their own needs behind those of others. In this 4-hour class, attendees will learn powerful tools and strategies to leave work stress at work, combat vicarious trauma, and thrive in their career. Taught by a former dispatcher who experienced it firsthand.

• Rebound from job stress more quickly
• Stop negative thinking and relax anxiety
• Be more efficient on and off the job
• Understand the cause and effect of work-related vicarious trauma
